Sucker Punch

Although we live in a time when men run the world, Hollywood has used sex and violence for years to degrade women. In "Sucker Punch", Zach Snyder used sex and violence to show the true potential of "girl power". The gorgeous cast is led by Emily Browning, who looks like an American Anime character, kicks ass and is sexy while doing it. The movie begins with Babydoll (Emily Browning) being placed in a mental facility, after the accidental death of her sister. In the all female facility the young women, played by Abby Cornish, Jenna Malone, Vanessa Hudgens, and Jamie Chung, are pimped out and abused by the staff. Babydoll leads the women through fantasy and reality to freedom. Sucker Punch" is a great example of what females can do when we stop gossiping and arguing, and actually work together.
